以莒山矿9号煤层综采工作面为研究对象,对工作面采煤机、液压支架、运输装备、顺槽集中控制、人员定位、地面监控等智能化控制技术进行了分析,在此基础上分析了智能工作面投资估算及其带来的效益,为后期智能工作面的实施和应用提供参考。

Taking the No.9 seam comprehensive mining working face of Jushan Mine as the research object,the intelligent control technology of the working face such as coal mining machine,hydraulic bracket,transportation equipment,centralized control of the downstream channel,personnel positioning,ground monitoring and so on was analyzed,on the basis of which,the investment estimation of the intelligent working face and its benefits were analyzed,which will provide references for the implementation and application of the intelligent working face in the later stage.
