新能源汽车制造业成本管理对策探究

Cost Management Countermeasures in New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing Industry

我国环境污染严重,传统的燃油资源缺乏,政府大力支持发展低碳经济,加上“双碳”目标的提出,新能源汽车产业的发展未来非常具有前景。但国内的新能源成本管理体系尚不完善,加之国外新能源汽车的不断涌入,新能源汽车行业面临着巨大挑战。通过对新能源汽车制造业成本管理的研究,得出企业成本管理的现状并提出优化方案,希望对类似的新能源企业成本管理提供参考。

China's serious environmental pollution,the lack of traditional fuel resources,the government's strong support for the development of a low-carbon economy,coupled with the"dual-carbon"goal,the development of new energy automotive industry is very promising in the future.However,the domestic new energy cost management system is still not perfect and the influx of foreign new energy vehicles,the new energy automobile industry is facing great challenges.Through the study of cost management of new energy automobile manufacturing industry,the current situation of enterprise cost management and put forward the optimisation plan,at the same time,we hope to have some reference significance to the cost management of similar new energy enterprises.
