能源企业数字化转型的路径及启示研究——以Z石油集团为例

摘要 随着科技的发展,数字技术正推动各行业变革。能源相关行业也不例外,能源行业可以与大数据、物联网、人工智能等技术融合,以此提升工作效率、降低成本,增强可持续发展能力。其中,Z石油集团积极响应数字中国建设,将数字化作为发展目标,通过数字化转型推进公司治理现代化,实现技术与业务的深度融合。以Z石油集团为例,通过业务发展、管理变革、技术赋能这三个方面,探讨其数字化转型的路径及效果。研究显示,数字化转型对Z石油集团的全价值链产生积极影响,推动业务升级,扩销增效,为企业创造价值。 With the development of science and technology,digital technology is driving changes in various industries.Energy-related industries are no exception,and the energy industry can integrate with technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence as a way to improve work efficiency,reduce costs,and enhance sustainable development.Among them,Z Group actively responds to the construction of Digital China,takes digitaliZation as its development goal,promotes the modernization of corporate governance through digital transformation,and realizes the deep integration of technology and business.Taking Z Group as an example,the study explores the path and effect of its digital transformation through three aspects:business development,management change,and technology empowerment.The study shows that digital transformation positively affects the whole value chain of Z Group,promotes business upgrading,expands sales and efficiency,and creates value for the enterprise.
