国内外先进地区企业创新的经验借鉴及对山西省的启示

Experiences of Enterprise Innovation in Advanced Regions at Home and Abroad and Implications for Shanxi Province

随着新一轮科技革命和产业革命的突飞猛进,国内外先进国家和地区,大力实施创新驱动发展战略,充分发挥企业主体作用,着力推动自主创新。如美国、德国、日本,我国的浙江、江西、江苏、湖北等地对于如何激励企业创新进行了有益探索,形成了特色鲜明的运行模式。在梳理国内外典型案例的基础上,总结出对接发展需求、推进多元协同、打造科技平台、创新要素激励、推动对外开放等山西省企业创新发展可借鉴的成功经验。

With the rapid progress of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,advanced countries and regions at home and abroad vigorously implement the innovation-driven development strategy,give full play to the role of the main body of enterprises,and strive to promote independent innovation.Such as the United States,Germany,Japan,China's Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Jiangsu,Hubei and other places for how to incentivize enterprise innovation carried out a useful exploration,formed a distinctive mode of operation.On the basis of combing the typical cases at home and abroad,we summarize the successful experiences of docking the development demand,promoting multiple synergies,building science and technology platforms,incentivizing innovation factors,promoting opening up to the outside world,etc.that can be drawn on for the development of enterprise innovation in our province.
