江西省工业绿色全要素生产率测算及提升路径分析

摘要 以江西省为研究对象,收集2011—2021年江西省11个地市的工业面板数据,通过构建超效率SBM-GML模型,对其工业绿色全要素生产率进行测算。主要得到以下结论:每一个地市的TFP都呈现显著的上升趋势,除景德镇和新余之外,其他各地市的TFP平均值都大于1,达到DEA有效;江西省的GTFP呈上升趋势,技术进步指数在2012—2015年增长比较缓慢,2015年之后增长速度加快,总体呈现向上发展的趋势,可以判断TC指数的增大对工业绿色全要素生产率的提高有较大的正效应。基于得到的结论,从技术创新、政策制定和发挥省会带头作用三个角度提出建议。 Taking Jiangxi Province as the research object,the industrial panel data of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province are collected from 2011 to 2021,and their industrial green total factor productivity is measured by constructing the super-efficient SBM-GML model.The following conclusions are mainly obtained:in terms of TFP of each prefecture and city,it shows a significant upward trend,and except for Jingdezhen and Xinyu,the average value of TFP of all other municipalities is greater than 1,which achieves the DEA validity;the GTFP of Jiangxi Province shows an upward trend,and the technological progress index grows slowly in 2012-2015,and then the growth speeds up after 2015,and the overall trend shows an upward development,it can be judged that the increase of TC index has a large positive effect on the improvement of industrial green total factor productivity.Based on the conclusions obtained,suggestions are made from three perspectives:technological innovation,policy formulation and playing a leading role in provincial capitals.
