通过探究数字经济、战略性新兴产业、“四链”融合的内在机理,梳理山西省战略性新兴产业产业链、创新链、资金链、人才链的发展现状及存在问题,对标中部六省四链指标数据,旨在为数字经济背景下的山西省战略性新兴产业的“四链”融合发展提供参考路径和策略建议。

This article explores the internal mechanisms of the digital economy,strategic emerging industries,and four chains integration,sorts out the current development status and existing problems of the Industry Chain,innovation chain,capital chain and talent chain of strategic emerging industries in Shanxi Province,and comparing the four chains data with other Six Central Provinces,to provide reference paths and strategic suggestions for the four chain integration development of strategic emerging industries in Shanxi Province under the background of digital economy.
