煤矿供电无功补偿装置设计及试验

摘要 针对东曲煤矿掘进工作面掘进设备存在无功功率大、功率因数较低的问题,设计无功补偿装置。该装置采用防爆结构设计,由传感器动态获取母线电压幅值、相位,经控制器分析计算后实时调节掘进工作面掘进设备的无功功率。试验结果表明,设计的无功补偿装置能够有效对掘进机进行动态无功补偿,可将功率因数提升至0.98以上,提高了煤矿供电系统供电质量。 In view of the problems of high reactive power and low power factor of driving equipment in driving face of Dongqu Coal mine,a reactive power compensation device is designed.The device is designed with explosion-proof structure.The voltage amplitude and phase of the bus are obtained dynamically by the sensor,and the reactive power of the driving equipment is adjusted in real time after analysis and calculation by the controller.Finally,the experimental analysis was completed.The analysis results show that the designed reactive power compensation device can effectively compensate the dynamic reactive power of the boring machine,and the power factor can be increased to more than 0.98,which improves the power supply quality of the coal mine power supply system.
