江苏农业科技高质量发展的数字化策略与实践探讨

在推动农业现代化、加快建设农业强国中,农业科技数字化的持续进步与深化对提高江苏农业科技创新能力、优化农业效益和品质、推动经济高质量发展等均具有十分重大的意义。文章基于江苏省农业科技发展的前沿背景,揭示江苏省农业科技数字化的发展现状,探索式阐述江苏省农业科技数字化存在的问题。文章以江苏农业科技高质量发展的主要成就为基础,结合我国创新驱动发展战略,重点围绕加快技术创新、提升人才水平和提高基础设施水平等方面,提出以数字技术推动江苏农业科技高质量发展的对策建议。

In promoting agricultural modernization and accelerating the construction of an agricultural power,the continuous progress and deepening of agricultural technology digitization are of great significance for improving Jiangsu’s agricultural technology innovation capabilities,optimizing agricultural efficiency and quality,and promoting high-quality economic development.The article is based on the cutting-edge background of agricultural technology development in Jiangsu province,revealing the current development status of agricultural technology digitization in Jiangsu province,and exploring the problems existing in agricultural technology digitization in Jiangsu province.Based on the main achievements of high-quality development of agricultural science and technology in Jiangsu,combined with China’s innovation driven development strategy,focusing on accelerating technological innovation,improving talent level,and improving infrastructure level,we propose countermeasures and suggestions to promote high-quality development of agricultural science and technology in Jiangsu through digital technology.
