商科专业“专创融合”人才培养模式研究

Research on the talent training model of“Integration of Specialization and Innovation”in business majors

在高等教育大众化背景下,商科专业如何培养兼具较强专业技术能力和创新创业能力的人才值得探索和思考。目前,商科专业“专创融合”人才培养面临的挑战与问题主要表现在“专创融合”认知和人才培养目标定位、课程体系设置、师资队伍及教学方式方法、课程考核方式及考核标准等方面。文章认为商科专业应该联合多元主体要素协同发力,积极建设高水平、结构均衡的“专创融合”师资队伍,推进“专创融合”课程建设,营造“专创融合”环境和平台,构建“专创融合”人才培养支持体系等,以积极可行的培养路径服务于“专创融合”人才培养工作。

In the context of the popularization of higher education,it is worth exploring and considering how business majors can cultivate talents with strong professional and technical abilities as well as innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.At present,the challenges and problems faced by the cultivation of talents in the integration of specialization and innovation in business majors are mainly reflected in the recognition of the integration of specialization and innovation,the positioning of talent cultivation goals,the setting of curriculum system,the teaching staff and teaching methods,the assessment methods and standards of curriculum,and so on.The article believes that business majors should collaborate with multiple main elements,actively build a high-level and structurally balanced“specialized innovation integration”teaching staff,promote the construction of“specialized innovation integration”courses,create an“specialized innovation integration”environment and platform,and build a“specialized innovation integration”talent training support system,etc,to serve the“specialized innovation integration”talent training work with a positive and feasible training path.
