摘要
数字化转型背景下企业绩效管理优化,可以确保企业在快速变化的市场中保持竞争优势。文章深入分析数字化转型背景下企业绩效管理的必要性,指出数字化转型背景下企业绩效管理在数据质量、绩效指标设置、管理流程柔性、管理系统性、管理人本化等方面存在诸多困境,提出构建数字化绩效管理平台、建立敏捷化绩效管理流程、实施数据驱动的绩效决策、推行以员工赋能为导向的绩效管理、构建适应数字化转型的绩效文化等是数字化转型背景下企业绩效管理的重要路径。
Under the background of digital transformation,optimizing enterprise performance management can ensure that enterprises maintain competitive advantages in rapidly changing markets.The article deeply analyzes the necessity of enterprise performance management in the context of digital transformation,pointing out that there are many difficulties in data quality,performance indicator setting,flexible management processes,systematic management,and people-oriented management in enterprise performance management in the context of digital transformation.It is proposed that building a digital performance management platform,establishing agile performance management processes,implementing data-driven performance decision-making,promoting employee empowerment oriented performance management,and building a performance culture that adapts to digital transformation are important paths for enterprise performance management in the context of digital transformation.
