东北中小城市做好养老金融服务的思考——基于吉林省通化市的调查分析

Thoughts on Providing Eff ective Pension Financial Services in Small and Medium-Sized Cities in Northeast China——Based on the Survey and Analysis of Tonghua City,Jilin Province

近年来,随着人口持续外流,东北中小城市人口老龄化愈发严重,老龄化程度加深对这些城市的养老服务产业提出了越来越多的新问题、新挑战,作为养老服务重要一环的“养老金融”服务也需要加快发展,以更好服务老龄人群需求,本文通过对吉林省通化市养老金融服务现状、问题的分析,梳理了制约东北中小城市养老金融发展的原因,并有针对性的提出了对策建议。

In September 2020,China clearly put forward the double carbon target,which means that the green development of China’s economy has entered a new historical stage,around the double carbon strategy,China has introduced a series of policies to support the development of green economy,which has achieved initial results,but there is still a certain gap between developed countries.Based on the date of various influencing factors of China’s green economy from 2012to 2021,principal component analysis and OLS regression analysis model were used to analyze the development status and existing problems of China’s green economy,and combined with the empirical analysis results and the actual development of China’s green economy,policy suggestions were put forward in order to provide certain theoretical references for the development of China’s green economy.
