摘要
目的探究血站血液质量管理过程中予以差错管理的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月丹阳市血站质量管理科管理人员30名为研究对象,以管理模式的差异分组,对照组予以常规管理,研究组予以差错管理,每组管理人员15名。分析两组人员管理水平、管理质量评分、差错事件发生情况、血液报废率等。结果研究组血站人员理论知识、实践操作较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组发生差错事件少于对照组。研究组血液报废率(5.00%)比较对照组(10.00%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.009,P<0.05)。结论在血站血液质量管理期间,使用差错管理效果显著,能减少差错事件发生,提高血液管理质量,降低异常血液报废率。
Objective To explore the application effect of error management in the process of blood quality manage-ment in blood stations.Methods This study selected 30 management personnel from the Quality Management Depart-ment of Danyang Blood Station from January 2021 to January 2023 as the research subjects.They were grouped ac-cording the differences in management modes,with the control group receiving routine management and the study group receiving error management.Each group had 15 management personnel.Analyzed the management level,man-agement quality score,occurrence of error events,and blood scrap rate of two groups of personnel.Results The theo-retical knowledge and practical operation of blood station personnel in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The management quality scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The research group had fewer error events than the control group.The blood scrap rate in the study group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(10.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.009,P<0.05).Conclusion During the blood quality management period in blood stations,the use of error management has a significant effect,which can reduce the occurrence of error events,improve the quality of blood management,and re-duce the rate of abnormal blood scrap.
