PBL教学模式在中医结合内科学临床带教中的应用与思考

The Application and Reflection of PBL Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Integrated Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine

目的分析问题驱动式学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学模式在中医结合内科学临床带教中的应用价值。方法选择2022年1—6月浠水县妇幼保健院中医内科实习医师60名为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30名。对照组采用传统教学方案,观察组实施PBL教学模式。分析两组考核成绩、学习效果、对教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识评分、实践操作评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组学生学习效果较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。结论PBL在中医结合内科学中的应用不仅有助于学生临床思维的培养,提高解决问题的能力,而且促进了团队合作和人际关系的发展。在临床带教中,通过融入PBL教学模式,可以更好地实现中医结合内科学专业人才的全面素养培养。

Objective To analyze the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in the clinical teaching of integrated Chinese medicine internal medicine.Methods A total of 60 interns of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine in Xishui Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 30 interns,using random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching program,and the observation group implemented the PBL teaching mode.Two-week assessment scores,learning effects,and satisfaction with teaching were analyzed.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and practical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The learning effect of students in the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL in integrated Chi-nese medicine internal medicine not only contributes to the cultivation of students'clinical thinking and the improve-ment of problem-solving ability,but also promotes the development of teamwork and interpersonal relationships.By incorporating PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching,the comprehensive literacy training of integrated Chinese medi-cine internal medicine professionals can be better realized.
