摘要 在知识经济时代,学科拔尖人才的培养成为国家竞争力提升的关键因素。人工智能技术的突破和创新为继续教育领域带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。当前,国家层面高度重视学科拔尖人才的培养,相关政策文件精神强调创新能力的培养和个性化教育路径的设计。基于此,在分析人工智能技术发展和应用背景的基础上,探讨学科拔尖人才继续教育的发展现状和面临的挑战,旨在通过人工智能技术推动继续教育模式创新,以更好地满足学科拔尖人才发展要求。 In the era of knowledge economy,the cultivation of top talents in disciplines has become a key factor in enhancing national competitiveness.The breakthroughs and innovations in artificial intelligence technology have brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the field of continuing education.At present,the nation attaches great importance to the cultivation of top talents in disciplines,and relevant policy documents emphasize the importance of fostering innovative capabilities and designing personalized educational pathways.Based on this,this article analyzes the development and application background of artificial intelligence technology,explores the current situation and challenges of continuing education for top talents in disciplines.The aim is to promote innovation in continuing education models through the application of artificial intelligence technology,thereby better meeting the development needs of top talents in disciplines.
