应用型大学创新联合体构建难点与对策研究

Research on the difficulties and countermeasures of the construction of innovation consortium in applied universities

加快构建创新联合体,集中最优秀的人才、最优质的资源进行联合攻关,努力打造原创技术策源地,既是应用型大学寻求创新发展的重要途径,也是企业实现自身突破、推动产业跃升的必由之路。应用型大学在构建创新联合体时,会遇到主体层面、科研成果层面、资金层面等诸多难点和问题,亟待攻克和解决。文章通过分析创新联合体的结构及主体间关系,发现应用型大学构建创新联合体在主体层面、科研成果层面、资金层面上存在难点,高校需要积极寻求与行业领军企业的合作与交流,努力引进高素质复合型人才并做好后续培养与服务工作,同时“开源节流”才能保障创新联合体健康发展。

Accelerating the construction of an innovation consortium,concentrating the best talents and the best resources for joint research,and striving to create a source of original technology is not only an important way for applied universities to seek innovation and development,but also the only way for enterprises to achieve their own breakthroughs and promote industrial leaps.When building an innovation consortium,applied universities will encounter many difficulties and problems at the subject level,scientific research achievement level,and funding level,which need to be overcomed and solved urgently.By analyzing the structure of innovation consortium and the relationship between subjects,this paper finds that there are difficulties in the construction of innovation consortium in applied universities at the level of subjects,scientific research achievements and funds,and universities need to actively seek cooperation and exchanges with industry leaders,strive to introduce high-quality compound talents and do a good job in follow-up training and service,and at the same time,“open source and reduce expenditure”can ensure the healthy development of innovation consortium.
