行业特色型高校学科生态现状及优化路径研究——基于社科联建设视角

Research on the current status and optimization path of the disciplinary ecology in industry-oriented universities:based on the perspective of Social Science Federation construction

从行业特色型高校概念出发,在梳理其发展历程的基础上,分析了行业特色型高校学科生态现状,认为这类高校目前都存在学科发展不平衡、学科治理矛盾突出、学科资源碎片化现象普遍的问题。行业特色型高校在优化学科生态上进行了一些探索,但因缺乏有效管理体制和灵活科研组织形式仍未有效解决问题。文章认为,加强行业特色型高校社科联建设可促进高校学科生态优化。工作思路上,首先要立足高校实际,合理定位社科联职能;其次要聚焦内涵建设,“因校制宜”服务特色专业;其次要加强思想引领,厚植人才行业情怀。在工作路径上,以课题研究、学术交流、氛围营造、决策咨询、人才培养为抓手开展工作,达到以社科联工作完善行业特色型高校学科生态的目的。

Starting from the concept of industry-oriented characteristic universities,based on sorting out their development history,this paper analyzes the current situation of disciplinary ecology in industry-oriented universities.It is believed that these types of universities currently face problems such as imbalanced disciplinary development,prominent disciplinary governance contradictions,and widespread fragmentation of disciplinary resources.Industry-oriented universities have made some explorations in optimizing the discipline ecology,but the problem has not been effectively solved due to the lack of effective management systems and flexible scientific research organizational forms.The article believes that strengthening the construction of industry-oriented university Social Science Federation can promote the optimization of the discipline ecology in universities.In terms of work ideas,first of all,we should base ourselves on the actual situation of universities and reasonably position the functions of the Social Science Federation.Secondly,we need to focus on connotation construction and provide tailored services for characteristic majors based on the needs of the school.Once again,we need to strengthen ideological guidance and cultivate a strong sense of talent industry sentiment.In terms of work path,we focus on topic research,academic exchange,atmosphere creation,decision-making consultation,and talent cultivation to achieve the goal of improving the discipline ecology of industry-oriented universities through the work of the Social Science Federation.
