摘要
文章从价值共创的内涵出发,提出公共图书馆要进行服务创新。在传统的信息服务上增加知识服务,在提供知识服务时以用户需求为导向,让用户极大程度参与知识服务的过程中。在知识服务的价值共创体系中,图书馆的职责是提供一个融洽的交流空间,而馆员则应在与用户不断的交流过程中,确认用户的实际需求,在融合自身知识与经验的基础上,提供令用户满意的知识产品或解决方案。
Starting from the connotation of value co-creation,the article proposes that public libraries should carry out service innovation.Add knowledge services to traditional information services,and provide knowledge services guided by user needs,allowing users to greatly participate in the process of knowledge services.In the value co-creation system of knowledge services,the responsibility of the library is to provide a harmonious communication space,and librarians should confirm the actual needs of users in the process of continuous communication with them.Based on the integration of their own knowledge and experience,they should provide knowledge products or solutions that satisfy users.
