The development of computer technology is driving the transformation of library service methods towards intelligence.The article starts from the perspectives of users and librarians,and combines literature search results to analyze the integration of situational awareness technology in libraries to carry out smart services.It designs a closed-loop smart service system consisting of situational awareness,information processing,dynamic services,and user interaction,achieving personalized,intelligent,digital experience,and embedded services.This has guiding significance for the future construction of smart services in libraries.
