摘要
驱动电机作为纯电动汽车的关键参数,影响车辆的动力性和经济性。研发新车型时,以达成性能要求为目标,对驱动电机进行选型匹配工作。文章依据提供的物理参数和性能目标要求,展开了所需电机参数的理论计算;并基于仿真软件建立高精度基础仿真模型,进行了电机选型匹配计算。经过理论计算、仿真结果的分析对比,选配出了合适的电机,以确保新车型达到预期的性能目标。文章针对新车型的电机选型匹配问题,提供了方法和流程参考。
As a key parameter of pure electric vehicles,the drive motor affects the vehicle’s power and economy.When developing a new model,the selection and matching of the drive motor is carried out with the goal of achieving performance requirements.Based on the provided physical parameters and performance target requirements,theoretical calculations of the required motor parameters are carried out.Based on the simulation software,a high-precision basic simulation model is established,and on this basis,the motor selection and matching calculations are carried out.Through theoretical calculations and analysis and comparison of simulation results,suitable motors are selected to ensure that the new model achieves the expected performance targets.This article provides a method and process reference for the selection and matching of motors for new models.
