镜铁山铁矿中碱金属、锌及硫在悬浮焙烧工艺中的走向分析

摘要 通过梳理分析镜铁山铁矿悬浮磁化焙烧试验及工业生产相关数据,得出结论:磁化焙烧过程,碱金属及锌的含量不会变化,硫含量的变化取决于硫的赋存形式;焙砂磨选过程,碱金属、硫的变化与铁品位呈负相关,铁品位越高,碱金属与硫越低,锌在选别过程既没有富集也没有降低。 Through the analysis of the test and industrial production data of Jingtieshan Iron Mine,it is concluded that the content of alkali metal and zinc will not change during the magnetization roasting process,and the change of sulfur content depends on the occurrence form of sulfur.In the process of calcine milling,the change of alkali metal and sulfur is negatively correlated with the grade of iron.The higher the grade of iron,the lower the alkali metal and sulfur,and neither enrichment nor reduction of zinc in the process of sorting.
