摘要
随着工业技术的不断发展,对新材料的研发也有了更高要求。利用高温共聚焦显微镜的显微成像系统对不锈钢和碳钢热轧钢板以一定范围内的升降温速率原位观察试样在加热和冷却过程中显微组织的变化,通过实验观察确定各阶段相变的起始和结束点、奥氏体晶粒变化全过程以及钢中夹杂物在钢液中的聚集、长大等行为。
With the continuous development of industrial technology,the research and development of new materials has higher requirements.The microstructure changes of stainless steel and carbon steel hot rolled steel plates during heating and cooling were observed in situ with the microscope imaging system of high temperature confocal microscope.The starting and ending points of phase transformation at each stage,the whole process of austenite grain change,and the accumulation and growth of inclusions in molten steel were determined by experimental observation.
