摘要
本文结合水下深层水泥搅拌法(CDM工法)在国内的应用案例及现状,深入分析CDM工法各类加固地基形式的适用范围及优缺点,依托中海壳牌惠州三期乙烯项目填海造地工程(三标),首次提出一种复合型CDM加固地基形式,解决CDM工法在惠州大亚湾复杂边界条件下斜坡堤地基加固的问题。并从工期、安全、质量、施工成本等方面进行对比,取得了良好的应用效果及效益,为类似斜坡堤地基加固设计、施工提供解决办法和经验借鉴。
Based on the application cases and current situation of underwater deep cement mixing method(CDM method)in China,this article analyzes in details the applicable scopes,advantages,and disadvantages of various foundation reinforcement forms using the CDM method.For the execution of the reclamation work(third bid)of the CNOOC Shell Huizhou Phase III Ethylene Project,a composite CDM foundation reinforcement form is proposed for the first time to solve the problem of foundation reinforcement for the rubble embankments under complex boundary conditions in Daya Bay,Huizhou,with the proposed solution by using the CDM method.Through comparisons in terms of construction period,safety,quality,and cost,very good application effects and remarkable benefits have been achieved,thus providing solutions and experience for the design and construction of similar rubble embankment foundation reinforcement works.
