摘要
花岗岩石料呈酸性,与沥青的黏附性不好,无法用于工程施工。为解决这一问题,本文通过采用不同岩性碎石,加入剥落剂、水泥、消石灰等材料进行配合比设计试验,并对试验结果进行对比分析,发现花岗岩通过掺加上述材料,大大改善其抗剥落性能,且花岗岩及花岗岩改良后的沥青混合料低温性能明显优于石灰岩沥青混合料。因此,花岗岩改性沥青混合料可用于我国北方低温少雨地区的中、下面层和南方高温多雨地区的下面层且节约成本。
Granite stone is acidic and has poor adhesion with asphalt,making it unsuitable for engineering construction.To solve this problem,this article conducts mix design experiments by using different rock types of crushed stones,adding stripping agents,cement,hydrated lime and other materials,and compares and analyzes the test results.It is found that granite greatly improves its anti stripping performance by adding the above materials,and the low-temperature performance of granite and granite modified asphalt mixture is significantly better than that of limestone asphalt mixture.Therefore,granite modified asphalt mixture can be used for the middle and lower layers in low-temperature and less rainy areas in northern China and the lower layers in high-temperature and rainy areas in southern China,while saving costs.
