摘要
泥水平衡顶管在富水砂层施工,受到砂层和地下水的影响,容易出现地面沉陷、顶管偏位、顶管无法顶进等问题。文章以深圳茅洲河干支管网及互联互通工程顶管施工为例,对富水砂层泥水平衡顶管施工中沉井下沉、顶管进出洞、顶管顶进等关键工序进行分析、总结,针对性提出顶管施工控制措施,形成沉井止水、顶管进出洞止水、顶管线型控制、顶管顶进减阻、地面变形控制等关键技术成果,为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
The performece of mud-water balanced pipe jacking in water-rich sand layer is affected by sand layer and groundwater,which is prone to surface subsidence,pipe jacking deflection and pipe jacking failure.Taking the pipe jacking construction of Shenzhen Maozhou River main branch pipe network and interconnection project as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the key processes such as caisson sinking,pipe jacking in and out of the hole,pipe jacking in and out of the mud water balance pipe jacking in the water-rich sand layer,and proposes the control measures for pipe jacking operayion.The key technical achievements of caisson water sealing,pipe jacking in and out of the hole water sealing,pipe jacking in line control,pipe jacking in drag reduction,ground deformation control,etc.,theus having provided reference for similar works in the future.
