摘要
为解决在楼间距密集、占道困难、下穿铁路、公路、河道以及其它不允许开挖的区域进行管道施工的难题,引进非开挖定向钻进技术进行管道敷设。该技术不受管道埋深、地面限制、地下水等的影响,施工速度快、效率高、综合成本低,可巧妙地解决开挖埋管无法解决的一系列难题,充分地展现出其优越性。文章主要以深圳市光明区正本清源污水管道铺设为背景,简要阐述了非开挖定向钻进技术的施工原理及优缺点,系统归纳其主要工艺,并分析各个操作工艺下的质量控制。
In order to solve the problem of pipeline construction in limited space crowded with roads,,underpassing railways,highways rivers and other structure,where excavation is not allowed,the trenchless directional drilling technology is introduced for pipeline laying.The technology is not affected by the buried depth of the pipeline,the ground limit,the groundwater and so on,the construction speed of the proposed technology is fast,the efficiency is high,the comprehensive cost is low,and the technology can solve a series of problems that can not be solved by the excavation of the buried pipe skillfully,and fully demonstrates its superiority.Taking Yuanqingyuan sewage pipe laying in Guangming District of Shenzhen as the background,this paper briefly describes the construction principle,advantages and disadvantages of trenchless directional drilling technology,systematically summarizes its main processes,and analyzes the quality control under each operation process.
