塑料立管适配器注射模结构设计

摘要 针对塑料立管适配器管件有同轴度及需实施抽芯脱模的要求,设计出一副斜导柱滑块侧向抽芯机构的哈夫模,该模具的设计要点有:一是在滑块上开设运水,使塑料制品得到充分的冷却,提高生产效率;二是在滑块上开设分流道及浇口,合理排位出1模4腔;三是利用成型镶件在碰穿处增加一个锥形凸台定位,保证了塑料立管适配器的同轴度。实践证明,模具结构合理、零件运动可靠,生产出的产品在精度、质量和效率上都能达到客户满意要求,可为类似塑件的注射模设计提供参考借鉴。 In response to the requirements of coaxiality and the need for core-pulling and demolding of plastic riser adapter fittings,a set of inclined guide column slider lateral core-pulling mechanism Haff molds has been designed.The design points of this set of molds include:firstly,setting up water transport on the slider to fully cool the plastic products and improve production efficiency.The second is to set up a shunt channel and a gate on the sliding block,so as to reasonably arrange the the first mock examination and four cavities;The third is to use molded inserts to add a conical protrusion for positioning at the impact point,ensuring the coaxiality of the plastic riser adapter.Practice has proven that the specific structure of this set of molds is reasonable,the movement of mold parts is reliable,and the products produced can meet customer satisfaction requirements in terms of accuracy,quality,and efficiency.It can provide reference for the design of injection molds for molding similar plastic parts.
