摘要
以数控铣削加工平面类配合零件为案例,根据MasterCAM建模板块绘制零件二维轮廓图并创建三维造型,编制机械加工工艺流程,运用MasterCAM数控编程模块创建刀具及零件加工参数,分别设计了粗加工、半精加工、残料加工、精加工和倒角加工等多种不同的数控铣削刀路,进行仿真模拟验证刀路正确性,输出NC程序,并对加工过程中的问题进行研究。
Taking the CNC milling processing of planar mating parts as an example,this study utilizes the MasterCAM modeling module to draw the two-dimensional wireframe and create threedimensional model.Based on this,machining process flow was developed,and the MasterCAM CNC programming module was employed to set up tool paths and machining parameters.A variety of CNC milling tool paths,including roughing,semi-finishing,residue machining,finishing,and chamfering were designed.We conduct simulation to verify the correctness of the tool paths,and carry out processing and production.Additionally,potential issues encountered during the machining process were investigated.
