摘要
通过实地调研发现,制造业产业工人素质提升工作存在培训层次和需求满足情况不够理想、培训层次和需求满足情况不够理想、技能评定标准不完善、创新激励措施执行力度不够,亟待从发挥工匠示范作用、完善激励机制、完善人才培养使用机制、深化校企合作、尊重创新规律等方面采取措施,全方位锻造高素质产业工人队伍。
Through field research,it has been found that the improvement of the quality of workers in the manufacturing industry is not ideal in terms of training level and demand satisfaction,training level and demand satisfaction,skill evaluation standards are not perfect,and the implementation of innovation incentive measures is not strong enough.It is urgent to take measures from the aspects of demonstrating the role of craftsmen,improving incentive mechanisms,improving talent training and utilization mechanisms,deepening school enterprise cooperation,and respecting innovation laws to comprehensively forge a high-quality industrial worker team.
