摘要
分析模具数字化设计与制造工艺的发展与赛制,提出加强职业技能比赛与专业人才培养方案的对接、加快职业教育从知识本位向能力本位的转变和建设多方位赛教融合保障机制的建议,助力高职模具专业人才培养质量的提升。
The article analyzes the development and competition system of digital design and manufacturing technology for die&mold,and proposes suggestions to strengthen the connection between vocational skills competitions and professional talent training programs,accelerate the transformation of vocational education from knowledge-based to competency oriented,and build a multi-dimensional competition education integration guarantee mechanism,in order to help improve the quality of vocational die&mold professional talent training.
