随着现代制造业对于复杂曲面零件需求量的不断增加,数控5轴联动技术以其提高加工精度、缩短加工周期和扩大加工范围的特点,它已经成为复杂曲面进行高效,高精度处理的关键技术。对数控5轴联动技术加工复杂曲面的价值、关键技术、具体应用策略进行深入探究,通过对5轴联动数控系统结构进行优化设计,对加工轨迹进行准确规划及优化,并对误差进行有效建模及补偿,使数控5轴联动技术在复杂曲面加工质量及效率方面得到显著提高,为创新发展现代制造业提供强大技术支撑。
With the increasing demand for complex curved parts in modern manufacturing industry,CNC five axis linkage technology has become a key technology for efficient and highprecision processing of complex surfaces due to its characteristics of improving machining accuracy,shortening machining cycle,and expanding machining range,it explores in depth the value,key technologies,and specific application strategies of CNC five axis linkage technology for machining complex surfaces.By optimizing the structure of the five axis linkage CNC system,accurately planning and optimizing the machining trajectory,and effectively modeling and compensating for errors,the CNC five axis linkage technology has significantly improved the quality and efficiency of complex surface machining,providing strong technical support for the innovative development of modern manufacturing industry.
