摘要 随着当前科技的演进,数控加工技术的出现,为机械模具的制造领域带来显著变化。通过数控技术的精细化操作,产品的质量和加工精度得到提升,同时也提高生产效率。探讨了数控加工技术在模具制造中的广泛应用及其显著优势。数控车削、电火花加工和数控铣加工等技术为模具生产提供了高精度、高效率的解决方案。这些技术的应用不仅优化了模具加工的表面质量,还通过严格控制误差和调整生产流程,确保了模具制造的精确度和效率。 With the evolution of current technology,China's CNC machining technology has achieved leapfrog development,and its application scope has also penetrated into various fields of mechanical machining manufacturing,especially in the manufacturing of mechanical die&mold.Due to the high precision requirements of die&mold manufacturing,traditional processing techniques cannot meet the requirements.But the emergence of CNC machining technology has brought significant changes to the manufacturing field of mechanical die&mold.Through the refined operation of CNC technology,the quality and machining accuracy of products are improved,while also improving production efficiency.This study explores the widespread application and significant advantages of CNC machining technology in die&mold manufacturing.Technologies such as CNC turning,electrical discharge machining,and CNC milling provide high-precision and high-efficiency solutions for die&mold production.The application of these technologies not only optimizes the surface quality of die&mold processing,but also ensures the accuracy and efficiency of die&mold manufacturing by strictly controlling errors and adjusting production processes.
