摘要
随着数字经济迅猛发展,德国发布了《“职业教育4.0”框架倡议》,出台了一系列政策,指明了职业教育数字化转型的方向,并依托其双元制教育体系,结合财政资金,激发了企业和职业学校活力。与此同时,通过职业技能评估,保证了职业教育数字化转型效果,其战略明确、动力充足和及时评估的模式为我国职业教育数字化发展提供了借鉴。
With the rapid development of the digital economy,Germany has released the“Vocational Education 4.0”framework initiative,introduced a series of policies,pointed out the direction of digital transformation of vocational education,and relied on its dual education system,combined with financial funds,to stimulate the vitality of enterprises and vocational schools.At the same time,through vocational skills assessment,the digital transformation effect of vocational education is ensured.Its clear strategy,sufficient motivation,and timely evaluation model provide reference for the digital development of vocational education in China.
