现代学徒制多元育人体系的构建与实践——以常州信息职业技术学院为例

摘要 建立多元育人体系是深入推进现代学徒制工作的重要内容,也是保障现代学徒培养质量的关键举措。常州信息职业技术学院以现代学徒制建设为契机,在国内国际学徒培养上,对职教“引进来”“走出去”模式进行实践探索。针对学徒培养无法兼顾不同企业需求、培养过程资源缺乏针对性、国际学徒投入成本过高等问题,创设“企业联盟+专业集群”的招生招工模式,将联盟标准融入教学实践课程;构建“行·校·企”与“政·校·企”的一体化育人机制,奠定制度化培养基础;通过内外协同合作,创建“南非博众学院”“鲁班工坊”等实体机构,建立“虚实结合、岗位融合”学习平台,解决学徒投入资源过高问题,实现便捷低成本教学,逐步形成现代学徒制多元育人体系。 Establishing a diversified education system is an important part of deepening the modern apprenticeship system and a key measure to ensure the quality of modern apprenticeship training.Changzhou College of Information Technology takes the modern apprenticeship system as an opportunity to explore the“introduction”and“going out”models of vocational education in the face of domestic and international apprenticeship training.To address the issues of apprenticeship training such as being unable to meet the needs of different enterprises,lack of tightness in the training process resources,and high investment costs for international apprentices,a recruitment and employment model combining enterprise alliances and professional clusters has been established,integrating alliance standards into teaching practice courses.It is necessary to build an integrated education mechanism of“industry-school-enterprise”and“government-school-enterprise”to lay the foundation for institutionalized training.Through internal and external collaboration,physical institutions such as the South African Bozhong College and Luban Workshop are established,and a learning platform combining virtual and real elements and job integration is established to solve the problem of excessive investment of apprentices and achieve convenient and low-cost teaching.A diversified education system for modern apprenticeship is being gradually formed.
