摘要
总结中国海洋潮流能发电技术与装备发展的现状,并与国际水平进行比较,指出中国在该领域的先进性和不足;同时分析中国“海洋强国”战略、“双碳”战略目标给海洋潮流能发电带来的诸多机遇,以及随之而来的种种挑战。对中国海洋潮流能发电技术与装备的水平、未来的发展方向提出建议和看法。
In the paper,the present situation of the development of ocean tidal current energy power generation technology and equipment in China is summarized,and compared with the international leading level.Furthermore,our advanced aspects and shortcomings are pointed out.At the same time,the opportunities come from China’s"ocean power"strategy and"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategic objective and the following challenges are analyzed.Moreover,suggestions and opinions on the future development direction of China’s ocean tidal current energy power generation technology and equipment are put forward.
