摘要
为探究CsMYB17基因在工业大麻发育过程中的潜在功能,试验以工业大麻DMG265为材料,对CsMYB17基因进行克隆,并对其编码蛋白进行生信分析;结果表明,CsMYB1基因的CDS区为1005 bp,编码334个氨基酸,属于亲水性蛋白,并且无跨膜结构和信号肽,其二级结构中无规则卷曲占比最高,与青蒿AaMYB同源性较高;对CsMYB17在大麻不同组织中的表达模式进行分析,结果表明,CsMYB17在雌花、腺毛中表达量相对较高,研究结果为了解CsMYB17在工业大麻发育中的功能提供了理论基础.
To explore the potential function of CsMYB17 gene in the development of industrial hemp,CsMYB17 was cloned from accession DMG265,and its sequence was used for bioinformatics a-nalysis.The results showed that CDS ofCsMYB17 region was 1005 bp,encoding 334 amino acids,which belonged to hydrophilic proteins and had non-transmembrane structure and signal peptide.The secondary structure of CsMYB17 was random coil,which had a high homology with AaMYB of Artemisia annua.The expression pattern ofCsMYB17 in different tissues was analysed.The results showed that the expres-sion of CsMYB17 was higher in female flowers and glandular trichomes than in other tissues.The study provides a theoretical basis for understanding the function of CsMYB17 in the development of industrial hemp.
