摘要
为了探讨地方公费师范生学校社区感对专业承诺的作用机制,采用大学生社区感指数量表、学业自我效能感量表、中国青少年生活满意度量表和公费师范生专业承诺问卷对四川省462名公费师范生进行调查.结果表明:(1)学校社区感、学业自我效能感、学习满意度和专业承诺两两正相关,并且学校社区感对专业承诺有显著正向影响,但加入中介变量后,这种正向作用变得不明显了;(2)学校社区感通过学业自我效能和学习满意度的单独中介,以及学业自我效能和学习满意度的链式中介三条路径间接影响地方公费师范生专业承诺.
This paper investigated the influence mechanisms of school community sense on professional commitment,using the Sense of School Community Index Scale for College Students,the Academic Self-Efficacy Scale,the Chinese Adolescent Life Satisfaction Scale,and the Professional Commitment Questionnaire to survey among 462 local public-funded normal students.The results show that:(1)Sense of school community,academic self-efficacy,learning satisfaction and professional commitment are positively correlated with each other,and school community sense has a significantly positive impact on professional commitment,but this positive effect became insignificant when mediating variables were added.(2)The school community sense exerts an indirect influence on stuhents’professional commitment through three paths:the academic self-efficacy,the separate intermediary role of learning satisfaction,and the chain intermediary role of academic self-efficacy and learning satisfaction.
