摘要
为有效解决长大隧道施工期通风难题,以新疆某水利工程引水隧洞掘进为背景依托,基于对TBM1、TBM2两个施工段的风量、风压计算,选取相适宜的风机与风管,并确定隧道施工时的通风方案:风机选用SWEDFAN/瑞典品牌,风管选用柯迪发品牌,TBM施工通风采用洞口一站压入式通风系统,在1#支洞洞口附近布置2套轴流风机,其中,TBM1掘进段布置1台型号3×AVH-R140.132.4.8风机,TBM2掘进段布置1台型号3×AVH-R140.160.4.8风机,软风管直径均2.2m。风机与风管通过排烟、排气、通风作用,将外面的新鲜空气送入隧道内,同时将隧道内气体从洞口排出,形成畅通的循环呼吸系统。结论可为隧道安全通风提供技术支撑和宝贵施工经验。
In order to effectively solve the ventilation problem during the construction of long tunnels,based on the excavation of the diversion tunnel of a water conservancy project in Xinjiang,based on the calculation of the air volume and air pressure of the two construction sections of TBM1 and TBM2,the appropriate fans and ducts are selected,and the ventilation scheme during tunnel construction is determined:the fan is SWEDFAN/Swedish brand,the duct is Kodifa brand,and the TBM construction ventilation adopts a one-stop forced ventilation system.Two sets of axial flow fans are arranged near the portal of the 1#branch tunnel.Among them,a model 3×AVH-R140.132.4.8 fan is arranged in the TBM1 excavation section.A 3×AVH-R140.160.4.8 fan is arranged in the TBM2 tunneling section,and the diameter of the soft air duct is 2.2 m.Fans and ducts send fresh air into the tunnel through smoke exhaust,exhaust and ventilation.At the same time,the gas in the tunnel is discharged from the hole to form a smooth circulating respiratory system.The conclusion can provide technical support and valuable construction experience for tunnel safety ventilation.
