倾斜摄影测量技术在农村征拆工作中的应用

摘要 针对传统征拆测量方式中工作量大、工期长、成本高的问题,提出采用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,利用相应数据处理软件进行空三处理,获取高清正射影像图和三维模型,进而进行大比例尺地形图制作的方案,为征拆测绘提供了参考。基于倾斜摄影测量获取的地物点坐标和高程、房屋边长与RTK、测距仪实测数据比对结果表明,该方法能够满足房产测量的精度,可为农村征拆测量工作中多种场景的应用提供参考。 In response to the problems of heavy workload,long construction period,and high cost in traditional land acquisition and relocation measurement mode,a scheme of using unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry technology is proposed.By the use of corresponding data processing software for spatial processing to obtain high-definition orthophoto images and 3D models,and then produce the plan for large-scale topographic map making,so as to provide references for land acquisition and relocation measurement.The comparison results among the coordinates and elevations of ground points obtained from oblique photogrammetry,the length of building sides,and the measured data from RTK and rangefinder show that this method can meet the accuracy of property surveying and provide references for the application of various scenarios in rural land acquisition and relocation surveying work.
