基于无人机倾斜摄影测量技术的房屋建筑面积测算

摘要 房屋建筑面积测算是房产测量项目的重点内容,针对外业测量耗时长、影响因素多和制图效率低等问题,提出一种无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,通过内外业相结合,建立三维模型,利用EPS(engineering profile system)软件制作地形图,对房屋建筑面积进行测算,将所生产的三维模型成果与全站仪实测成果进行对比,并评定其精度。结果表明:基于无人机倾斜摄影测量技术所构建的三维模型平面中误差、高程中误差、房角点点位中误差、建筑物边长中误差分别为0.031 m、0.024 m、0.039 m、0.022 m,满足相关规定的要求。无人机倾斜摄影测量技术能够有效提高外业测量效率、降低生产成本。 The measurement of building area is the key content of real estate survey project.Aiming at the problems as long time consumption in field survey,many influencing factors and low efficiency of drawing,a UAV tilt photogrammetry technology is proposed in this paper.Through the combination of internal and external industry,a three-dimensional model is established.Engineering Profile System(EPS) software was used to make topographic map and the building area got measured.The accuracy was assessed by comparing the 3D model results with the measured results of total station.The example results show that the errors in the plane,elevation,room corner positioning and building side length of the 3D model based on the UAV tilt photogrammetry technology are respectively 0.031 m,0.024 m,0.039 m and 0.022 m,which meet the requirements of relevant regulations.The use of UAV tilt photogrammetry technology can effectively improve field measurement efficiency and reduce production cost..
