三维激光扫描技术在建筑工程测量中的应用

摘要 对三维激光扫描技术在建筑工程测量中的应用进行了研究,并取得了良好的运用效果。基于此,以古宅保护工程为例,将三维激光扫描技术和BIM技术相结合,实现连续精准扫描的同时,完成模型建立。利用这种方式获取高精度、高维度、数字化、立体化的建筑物测量数据,以此应对精度要求高、测量困难的复杂工况,为今后建筑工程测量工作提供有益参考。 For construction engineering survey,the author studied the application of 3D laser scanning technology in architectural engineering survey,and achieved good results.Based on this,taking the protection engineering of ancient houses as an example,by combining the 3D laser scanning technology with Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology to achieve continuous and accurate scanning and meanwhile the model is established to obtain high-precision,high-dimensional,digital and three-dimensional building measurement data in this way so as to cope with complex working conditions with high precision requirements and difficult measurement,and provide beneficial reference for the construction engineering measurement work in the future.
