Analysis of the Green and Low-Carbon Development Path of the Coal to Olefin Industry in Ningxia Under the Background of"Dual Carbon"

煤制烯烃行业对于保障我国能源安全和绿色低碳发展具有十分重要的战略意义。近年来,在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略背景下,宁夏回族自治区高度重视煤炭清洁利用和降低二氧化碳排放工作,不断优化调整产业结构和能源结构。作为高能耗和碳排放密集的行业,煤制烯烃行业面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇,必须不断创新和积极应对挑战与机遇,才能确保煤制烯烃产业可持续健康发展。本文深入分析了宁夏两家煤制烯烃生产企业的生产装置、产能规模、发展现状、能效水平和市场需求,对标国内煤制烯烃行业能效标杆企业和前沿技术,提出了适用于宁夏煤制烯烃行业绿色低碳高质量发展的对策和建议。

The coal to olefin industry has significant strategic importance in ensuring the energy security and promoting green and low-carbon development of our country.In recent years,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region(Ningxia)has attached great importance to the clean utilization of coal and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions,and continuously optimizing and adjusting the industrial structure and energy structure under the strategic background of"carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality".The coal to olefin industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities as a high energy consuming and carbon emissions intensive industry.It must constantly innovate and actively respond to these challenges and opportunities to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the coal to olefin industry.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the production equipment,capacity scale,development status,energy efficiency level,and market demand of two coal to olefin production enterprises in Ningxia.Furthermore,the authors compare the energy efficiency benchmark enterprises and cutting-edge technologies in the domestic coal to olefin industry,and propose the strategies and suggestions suitable for the green,low-carbon,and high-quality development of the coal to olefin industry in Ningxia.
