摘要
氨基酸是蛋白质的重要组成部分,除常见氨基酸以外,还有成分微量但发挥巨大作用的氨基酸,又称非天然氨基酸。其中手性非天然氨基酸通常作为抗生素、农药等的中间体被应用于现代医药和食品领域,因此对手性氨基酸的开发和生产具有巨大的应用价值。基于对非天然氨基酸的研究,本文总结了非天然氨基酸尤其是手性氨基酸苯甘氨酸的合成及应用,并对相关方法的优劣性进行讨论,最后对手性氨基酸的未来发展前景进行展望。
Amino acids are important components of proteins,and in addition to common amino acids,there are also amino acids,also known as unnatural amino acids,that play a great role in trace components.Among them,chiral unnatural amino acids are usually used as intermediates of antibiotics,pesticides and other intermediates in the field of modern medicine and food,so the development and production of chiral amino acids have a significant value of application.The paper summarized the synthesis and application of nonnatural amino acids,especially the chiral amino acid phenylglycine,explored the advantages and disadvantages of the method and finally looked forward to the future development prospect of chiral amino acids.
