摘要
皮肤烧伤后,机体通过炎症反应、细胞增殖和组织重塑对受损组织进行修复,恢复组织结构和功能的完整性,从而实现创面愈合。在此过程中,蛋白质合成代谢的作用一直备受关注,而葡萄糖的作用往往被忽视,甚至一度被认为是影响创面愈合的危险因素。因此,应重视对烧伤创面愈合不同阶段葡萄糖代谢特点、葡萄糖代谢对创面修复调控作用和烧伤患者葡萄糖供给策略的研究,以正确认识葡萄糖在烧伤创面修复中的作用,指导临床合理使用葡萄糖。
After skin burns,the body can repair the damaged tissue through inflammatory reaction,cell proliferation and tissue remodeling,and restore the structural and functional integrity of the tissue,so as to achieve wound healing.In this process,the role of protein anabolism has always been highly valued,while the role of glucose is often ignored and even considered as a risk factor affecting wound healing.Therefore,more attention should be paid to the study of the metabolic characteristics of glucose in different stages of burn wound healing,the regulatory effect of glucose metabolism on wound repair and the glucose supply strategy of burn patients,in order to have a correct understanding of the role of glucose in burn wound repair and guide the rational use of glucose in clinical practice.
