摘要
为了探讨大学生心理压力、应对方式与学习倦怠之间的关系,采用大学生压力源量表、简易应对方式量表以及大学生学习倦怠量表对378名大学本科生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)目前大学生心理压力处于中等偏下水平,学习倦怠处于中等水平,其更倾向于采用积极的应对方式;(2)大学生心理压力与学习倦怠、消极应对方式均呈现显著的正相关,学习倦怠与积极应对方式显著负相关,而与消极应对方式显著正相关;(3)心理压力不但可以单独预测学习倦怠,并且可以通过消极的应对方式对学习倦怠产生间接的影响,消极应对方式在其中起着部分中介作用。
In order to explore the relationship between college students'psychological pressure,coping style and learning burnout,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 378 undergraduates by using the stressor scale,the simple coping style scale and the learning burnout scale.The results show that:(1)The college students,at the lower middle level of psychological pressure and learning burnout,are more inclined to adopt positive coping styles;(2)The psychological pressure of college students is positively correlated with learning burnout and negative coping style.Learning burnout has a significant negative correlation with positive coping styles and a significant positive correlation with negative coping styles;(3)Psychological pressure can not only predict learning burnout alone,but also indirectly affect learning burnout through negative coping styles,which play a part of mediating role.
