O-AMAS教学模型在血液净化进修护士临床教学中的应用

Effectiveness of O-AMAS teaching model in clinical teaching of blood purification training nurses

摘要 目的探讨O-AMAS教学模型在血液净化进修护士临床教学中的效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取郑州大学第一附属医院2021年1月-2022年12月血液净化中心187名进修护士为研究对象。将2021年1-12月纳入的80名进修护士作为对照组,将2022年1-12月纳入的107名进修护士作为试验组;对照组采取常规教学方式,试验组在常规教学方式基础上采用基于O-AMAS教学模型的临床教学。干预3个月后,比较两组的理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩及进修护士满意度。结果试验组的理论考核成绩、操作技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组对带教模式、教学效果、理论培训、操作技能指导及总体教学的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用O-AMAS教学模型进行临床教学有助于提高血液净化进修护士的学习效果和满意度。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the O-AMAS teaching model in clinical teaching for blood purification training nurses.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 187 training nurses from the Blood Purification Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to December 2022 as research subjects.Eighty training nurses enrolled from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 107 training nurses enrolled from January to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group.After three months of intervention,the training nurses'theoretical scores,operational skills assessment scores,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical and operational skills assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group with the teaching model,teaching effectiveness,completion of theoretical training,guidance on operational skills,and overall teaching was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The O-AMAS teaching model for clinical teaching can help improve the training effectiveness and satisfaction of blood purification training nurses.
