微藻的富硒机制及其应用研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism and Application of Selenium Enrichment in Microalgae

摘要 微藻具有较强的富硒能力,其富硒产品兼具硒元素与微藻的生物活性功能。研究培养富硒微藻可以提升微藻本身的营养价值和商业价值,也能够提高含有微藻的食品和饲料的品质并发挥良好的保健效果。文章概述了硒对微藻生长速度、营养含量等方面的影响,分析了微藻富硒能力的影响因素、常见富硒微藻种类及其种间差异、硒在微藻中的存在形式和转化途径,并重点总结了富硒微藻在食品、饲料、医药方面及环境保护与监测方面的开发应用现状及发展潜力,进而为富硒微藻产品的开发提供理论依据,为培育优质高产的富硒微藻提供思路。 Microalgae possess strong selenium-enriched capabilities,and its selenium-enriched products have both selenium and biological activities of microalgae.Researching and cultivating seleniumenriched microalgae can not only improve the nutritional value and commercial value of microalgae itself,but also improve the quality of food and feed containing microalgae and play a good health effect.This paper overviews the effects of selenium on the growth rate and nutrient content of microalgae,analyzes the influencing factors of selenium enrichment in microalgae,common selenium-enriched microalgae species and their inter-species differences,as well as the existing forms and transformation pathways of selenium in microalgae.The focus is to summarize the current status and potential development of selenium-enriched microalgae applications in food,feed,pharmaceuticals,environmental protection,and monitoring.This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of seleniumenriched microalgae products and offer insights into cultivating high-quality,high-yield selenium-enriched microalgae.
