摘要 DNA光修复酶已被发现可用于修复紫外线照射皮肤时产生的DNA共价交联——嘧啶二聚体,以保证生物遗传信息的完整性和延续性。DNA光修复酶具有修复的潜力,在外用面霜中添加或在医疗过程中使用均可以逆转皮肤损伤,防止不同皮肤疾病的发展,并且在农业植物改造方面有较好的应用前景。本文系统、全面地介绍了DNA光修复酶及其应用前景和面临的挑战。 DNA photo repair enzymes have been found to be able to repair DNA covalent crosslinks-pyrimidine dimers-generated during UV irradiation of the skin,ensuring the integrity and continuity of biological genetic information.DNA photoremediation enzyme has the potential of repair.It can reverse skin damage and prevent the development of different skin diseases when added in topical face cream or used in the medical process,and has good application prospects in agricultural plant transformation.This article systematically and comprehensively introduces DNA photo repair enzymes,application prospects,and the challenges.
