摘要
在当前的化工生产中,为有效分离及回收混合二元酸,结合生产经验构建了反相离子对液相色谱法,理论上具有较高的应用性,且与气相色谱法比较,有着样品处理简单及分析快的特点,可以对电离数非常接近的己二酸、丁二酸和戊二酸进行有效分离。本文对液相色谱法分离的最佳实验条件进行了分析,并对液相色谱法的应用效果进行了讨论,以期在新的分离尝试下,可以高效分离己二酸、丁二酸和戊二酸,提高化工生产的质量及效率。
In current chemical production,in order to effectively separate and recover mixed dicarboxylic acids,a reverse phase ion pair liquid chromatography method was constructed based on production experience.Theoretically,it has high applicability and compared with gas chromatography,it has the characteristics of simple sample processing and fast analysis.It can effectively separate succinic acid,succinic acid,and glutaric acid with very close ionization numbers.This article analyzes the optimal experimental conditions for liquid chromatography separation and discusses the application effects of liquid chromatography.Through new separation attempts,succinic acid,succinic acid,and glutaric acid can be efficiently separated,improving the quality and efficiency of chemical production.
