摘要
为了解决传统焦炉煤气制甲醇精馏过程中污染气体严重、节能效果差等技术难题,通过技术研究决定在焦炉煤气制甲醇精馏过程中,对精馏再沸器加热工艺进行改造,对精馏工段不凝气进行处理,通过实际应用效果表明:精馏再沸器加热工艺改造后降低了设备换热负荷,冷水器温差减小至50℃;精馏工段不凝气处理后提高不凝气和液体回收率,减少了污气排放量,提高了经济效益,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to solve the technical problems of severe gas pollution and poor energy-saving effect in the traditional coke oven gas to methanol distillation process,it was decided through technical research to modify the heating process of the distillation reboiler and treat the non condensable gas in the distillation section during the coke oven gas to methanol distillation process.The practical application results showed that the modification of the distillation reboiler heating process reduced the equipment heat transfer load and the temperature difference of the chiller was reduced to 50℃.After the treatment of non condensable gas in the distillation section,the recovery rate of non condensable gas and liquid has been improved,the emission of polluted gas has been reduced,the economic benefits have been improved,and significant application results have been achieved.
