摘要
本研究的目的是开发一种高效、环保的提取及分析方法,以实现炼油废催化剂中石油烃的有效回收。研究内容涵盖了溶剂选择、萃取条件优化以及通过GC-FID技术对提取液进行分析的全过程。结果表明,通过优化提取条件,特别是选用二氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂,并调整萃取温度至60°C,可以显著提高石油烃的回收率,达到最高87.6%。
The purpose of this study is to develop an efficient and environmentally friendly extraction and analysis method to achieve effective recovery of petroleum hydrocarbons from refinery waste catalysts.The research covers the entire process of solvent selection,optimization of extraction conditions,and analysis of extraction solutions using GC-FID technology.The results showed that by optimizing the extraction conditions,especially using dichloromethane as the extraction solvent and adjusting the extraction temperature to 60℃,the recovery rate of petroleum hydrocarbons could be significantly improved,reaching a maximum of 87.6%.
